After adding other high-energy hue, the hue of each hue can be improved to form a color gradation.

(2) Requirements for white ink

The surface of the tinplate is silvery white (or yellow) with metallic luster. Before printing the color graphic, the surface needs to be white or whitened. Due to the limitation of ink coverage, the monochrome machine often needs to be printed twice, and its whiteness. Up to 75%. As an important indicator of the quality of tinplate printing products, whiteness requires white ink to have a good combination with the primer. After many times of high temperature baking, it does not yellow, and it is not resistant to high temperature steaming. Since the surface of the tinplate does not penetrate moisture and solvent, it needs to be baked and dried, so the ink should be heat-cured. The coloring power and durability of the pigment are required to be high. In addition to the basic performance of general offset printing ink, printing iron ink should also have the characteristics of heat resistance, strong adhesion of ink film, impact resistance, good hardness, resistance to cooking and light resistance according to the characteristics of printing iron.

(4) Drying process of ink

In the production of tinplate printing, the drying of ink is a complex physical and chemical reaction process. To properly control the drying speed of the ink and master the physical and chemical mechanism in the drying of the ink, it is possible to effectively carry out rapid printing operations and ensure product quality. Drying the ink too fast will reduce the normal transfer performance of the ink, affecting the normal production; causing the print to be faint, the ink color is light, the ink on the surface of the printing plate and the ink roller is dry, and the ink in the transfer is blocked; The layer is outwardly expanded; if the amount of the desiccant is too large, the ink adsorption property is increased, and the blank portion is dirty. The drying of the ink is too slow, which may cause difficulty in overprinting, adhesion, adhesion, etc., and the degree of firmness is lowered; it is easy to cause scratches during the conveyance process. Therefore, the drying speed of the ink should be suitable, too fast and too slow are unfavorable.

(5) Special structure of printing equipment

Due to the difference in substrates, the auxiliary mechanism of the tinplate press is also different from the offset press. Tinplate is insoluble in water and does not adsorb solvents. Therefore, the printing ink needs to be baked at a high temperature to cure the solvent and volatilize the film.
